Benny Blanco Reveals the Surprisingly Early Time He and Selena Gomez Wake Up: ‘Our Moment’ (Exclusive)

They’re one of Hollywood’s busiest power couples, but Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez are intentional about their time together.

The music mega-producer — who’s featured in PEOPLE’s 2024 Sexiest Man Alive issue — tells PEOPLE exclusively that it’s important for him and Gomez to ease into their day.

“I’m a real morning person. It’s my favorite time to spend with Sel, because we both wake up really early,” he says of Gomez, who’s been garnering Oscar buzz for her role in Emilia Pérez. “We’re usually eating breakfast by 6:15. It’s like our moment before the rest of the world wakes up.”
